Small Changes Add Up to Big Results

Saw that on a sign while I was driving up North. Rang true for me. I’ve been making small changes. A couple bites of pie instead of a huge piece. Twenty minutes of the day, at least five days a week, getting on the exercise bike.

More veggies, less bread, less rice, snacking on fruit if I need to are all adding up. More water is huge. Over the last eight weeks, I’ve lost 12 pounds and gained the ability to wear old clothes, feel better and most importantly feel in control.

Probably the biggest benefit though is that my mood is totally improved and I’m completely excited to possibly find a solution to having to carry extra weight. The change is very very moderate. But I can tell things are definitely changing! Yay!
